The BWRA are bringing together Waterfront residents to discuss the ongoing issues affecting our community.

Over the past 12 months, residents and committee members have worked hard to hold the Council, the Consortium and Remus to account and, whilst some progress has been made, many issues remain unresolved along with many questions about the future of the Waterfront.

This meeting will look to discuss some concerning issues including:

🚧 ABP still undecided on access to the Yacht Club and what this means for residents living on Ffoyd y Dociau

🌱 Open Space Charges – potential rise in costs due to the cliff bank and Phase 3 handover
📊 No Clear Accounting – lack of accounts
🧾 No Accountability – no clear way to challenge or question charges r quality of works
🏘️ Unfinished Works – many areas still incomplete or poorly maintained
🚧 Lack of Progress – Promises made, but not delivered.
