BWRA - Stage 1 Formal Complaint to Remus

On 4 March 2025, the Residents Association issued a Stage 1 formal complaint to Remus inline with their complaints procedure.

Remus had three working dates to issue an acknowledgement receipt and 15 working days to issue a response.

UPDATE: On 19 March, a Remus spokesperson confirmed on Radio Wales that they had yet to receive a formal complaint. The BWRA plan to issue a Stage 2 complaint shortly.
