BWRA - Stage 1 Formal Complaint to Remus
On 4 March 2025, the Residents Association issued a Stage 1 formal complaint to Remus inline with their complaints procedure.
Remus had three working dates to issue an acknowledgement receipt and 15 working days to issue a response.
UPDATE: On 19 March, a Remus spokesperson confirmed on Radio Wales that they had yet to receive a formal complaint. The BWRA plan to issue a Stage 2 complaint shortly.

Go Fund Me for family devastated by house fire
As many of you have most probably seen on the community Facebook page, a family on Heol Ty Draw lives have been upended by a devastating house fire. Luckily everyone got out ok but they have lost everything, just a week before Christmas.
