The main themes for discussion were:
Community safety and tackling anti-social behaviour
Remus management - service and management charges, areas of responsibilities, projected costs, access to the Management Agreement which governs Remus’s remit
Consortium update - Phase 3 and unfinished works
Points for consideration:
In the spirit of openness and to ensure the integrity of the record of what was discussed, the Minutes were shared with representatives from Remus Management (Sharron Langdon and Matthew Haywood).
Residents pre-submitted questions are incorporated into the Minutes above. A number of questions which were very similar in nature were redrafted to address the main themes of the issues raised by residents.
